G-III Apparel reported a Q2 EPS of $0.26 on revenue of $554.09 million (miss on revenue but slight EPS beat) and released six-month results of net income $86.75 million on $1,090.06 million in sales, while also guiding toward a Q3 2027 net income of $59–$64 million on about $870 million in net sales. The company lifted its full-year guidance for the year ending January 31, 2027 to net income of $181–$185 million (EPS $4.10–$4.20) on roughly $2.71 billion in net sales, noting an anticipated $460 million sales impact from Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, thus balancing near-term weakness with an elevated annual outlook.
