
Box Raises Revenue Outlook, Lowers Adjusted EPS
Box lowered its FY2027 GAAP and non-GAAP earnings guidance, with GAAP EPS about $0.38–$0.40 and adjusted EPS around $1.54–$1.56, while raising full-year sales guidance to roughly $1.28–$1.29 billion. For the next quarter, the company reported a preliminary adj EPS of about $0.39 (below the $0.40 consensus) on roughly $329 million in revenue, with GAAP EPS near $0.12 in line with expectations.
