Electra Therapeutics priced an upsized $15-per-share IPO at roughly $350 million, selling 23,333,334 shares with a 30-day option for 3.5 million more and set to trade on Nasdaq as ETRA; proceeds will fund its ipsoprubart HLH program and other candidates as it scales its late-stage pipeline.
