About Hootenanny
Jools' Annual Hootenanny is a British music television New Year's Eve show broadcast by BBC Two in the United Kingdom since 1994. Its presenter is Jools Holland, and his 19 piece big band, Jools Holland's Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, both performs and accompanies many of the guest stars. His show Later... with Jools Holland, which began two years earlier, is similar in format but nowadays rarely include his big band.
