About Thomas Scott
Sir Thomas Scott, of Scot's Hall, Smeeth, Kent, was an English landowner and politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1571 to 1587. He was elected MP for the seat of Kent in 1571, 1572 and 1586. He was knighted in 1570, and was cousin to Reginald Scot.
