Carmen, officially the Municipality of Carmen, is a first-class municipality in the province of Davao del Norte, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 88,745 people and a daily foot traffic of more than 250,000 people, mainly because of its strategic location in the Pan-Philiipine Highway.
